Well, Bryan's answer will work in some cases, but it seems to me you're looking for a little more information. I would suggest you go to a home-improvement store and find a model the same as (or at least similar to) the one you want to install. Most stores will allow you to open a box and read the installation instructions that come with that particular range. If that doesn't work for you, do an internet search (using Google or other service) for "installation instructions for kitchen range Kenmore [or whatever the brand is] model X12345 [substitute the model number for your range]." Unless it's an unusual model, you'll probably find full instructions that you can download for free. (Tip: You can find the model number on a metal plate inside the oven itself.)
