I have lost my remote for my CyberHome CH-DVD 300 player, and I am trying to program my universal remote (Yamaha RAV246) to work with the DVD player. Since there are no arrow buttons on the DVD player, I can't access any of the menus on DVDs! I found the code list for Yamaha remotes but I don't see CyberHome on the list, and I don't know how to program the remote once I get the code. Please help!
Can I suggest maybe instead of trying to program your universal remote control, maybe a better solution is trying to buy the original replacement remote control for your Cyberhome DVD Player. I've been down this road before and eventually you'll be faced with not being able to find the solution and not left many other options. I went to http://www.everytvremote.com to buy a cheap replacement remote for my tv and got it within a week and didn't have to worry about programming the universal remote ever again!
