I'm trying to fill out a job application on line. It's telling me that I need to enable JavaScript to complete everything. All I have to work on is my iPad Air. Or my iPhone. My card that I use for my iTunes account is empty. So, when I go to download a JS app, even if it's free, it won't let me because there's no money there.
