F61 code is a power supply problem. If you have any warranty left return it. If not, time to shop for new. The money to fix will be better used against a new unit.
As sugested by many experts.I replaced the ic no rsn311w 64d,still the error code f61 appears.Now where is the fault.? this is for the Panasonic sa-ht 880.
Probaby needs the output ic. F61 is an output/power error code. But check that the fans turn before trying to replace or taking it in to be fixed. If a fan is not turning you will get F61 too.
F61 tells you its a power source problem according to the manual. to all F61 error it is very likley that the str470-050a reg legs desolderd and have broken away from the main body of the regulator giving you the f61 and shut down.
