What is the manufacturer and model of your tablet and what is the error code? Usually a quick fix for many is a reboot, power it fully off, then power it back up again. Maybe weak batteries? It's really hard to tell without knowing the manufacturer, model number and error code.

I believe the internal error is a server side problem out of your control, not sure though as I dont' know what the shortcut function is attempting to do. Does your shortcut work with other sites? I truly hope you can find your answer above. They will probably want you to reset the unit back to factory specs as i'm pretty sure they are going to find the same problem as i am having. Sorry I couldn't help more.
Thank you so much for your info but I discovered that it was not my tablet acting up. It was the web site that I was trying to ge on and that there web is out of reach as of now.
I kind of wondered, that's why I said, that the internal error is a server side problem out of your control. In any case, glad to see you're up and running again.
