How do I program my outback mate3 to turn on my generator when my batteries are at 50% and charge to full capacity until the inverters can kick in again

We have a maxim in Engineering which says anything that can be adjusted can be misadjusted. If the new battery gives yoy the same amount of power you have a problem with your main board. Apparently the charging circuit is switching off before the charge is fully achieved. There is a charge cutoff voltage adjusting trimmer on board which needs adjustment. I would however leave is to a Casio trained technician.

Try reversing the polarity of the battery you're using to flash the generator. Also try running the generator for about 30 min with a load on it after flashing.

Ck fuses and wire connections first. If no problem seen, get bike running and disconnect the ground cable @ battery. If bike dies the problem generally is in the stator or regulator assembly not keeping battery charged. Bike will run untill the battery is too low to keep the ignition system energized and the bike will die. If it continues running w/the ground disconnected, the battery could have a dead cell which will drain the battery in a very short time whether it is running or not.

Take a paperclip and insert in the "reset" hole on the back of the MP3 player . After resetting press the center button on the front to start.
