Question edited for clarity, add CAPS, change 'Artic' to Arctic.
It is likely either the main control board or the display board. For the spare part cost of them, you are better of buying a new unit for $84. What you can do is disconnect the display board and use electronic switch cleaner clean behind the buttons.

sorry for the delay in response time you definatly have a bad thermistor, not able to stabilze temp so it contionues run never shutting doen freezing everything, who ever repairs it (if they haven already,)make sure they put all 3 new peices in, thermistor, potentiometer, and contol box. all 3 come in one kit, 20 min to install

First make sure your condenser is clean and the fan is going. If everything is running and still doesnt cool enough then you need a repair person to check the sealed system.
