Well like all w10 upgrades running old apps
you must run it in compatiblity mode.
it may take reloading lotus notes from scratch.
this is MS question not dell.
1:right click the run ION of the program
and pick properties.
click compatiblity tab.
click win 7 compate or w8
if that fails
get the install file or disk.
then click on the setup.exe.
but first click same why the exe, right click properties.
just the same way on this installer pick compat mode w7 or 8
