That is a problem with the ethernet port and it can be a pain to fix 1st you could have been playing during a thunderstorm and lightning could have fried the port or motherboard, next you could double check the av cables, power supply and any other accessory you have attached. If that doesn't work its definately a hardware failure and will need to be fixed.
