Hi I am using the toshiba Fax Dp 85f. the problem of the machine is that,the transmission and copy of the fax is making problem. there are vertical lines while transmission or copy, along with the orignal information
The engineer tried to change the mother board and cis Scanner but the problem remine the same if we change the Scanner and the mother board, then the problem removes.but we can change the both, its too costly
White lines or black lines? If black lines, clean the scan glass under the document feeder. Dust or "liquid paper" will stick to the scan glass causing black lines. If white lines, clean the laser glass, you have to remove the drum/toner assembly to clean this......hope this helps.White lines or black lines?
