I have the same problem since I got O2 to block my phone when i lost it. Now it's found it says "Inactive SIM", even though the SIM works in other phones.

bought the K800i few months back an has been working perfectly, we decided to try a software update on the phone and ever since then its been saying inactive sim... any ideas??
yes i have the same problem, I bought the phone off a friend and the applications didnt work, sombody sugguested a software update, and after I updated the phone, it just said inactive sim. please advise.
