I tried installing my Philips saa 7130 pci tv card, but windows Vista is saying that it is not a compatible software. The message " the software your installing has not passed compatibillity test". I ignored it and installed the software, The software and driver installed but the screen resolution gets really big and I have no sound. It worked on my win xp computer. I just purchased this computer with win vista and I want to know if there is a way to uddate or download a compatible driver. Please help me. Thanks in advance.
i installed 7130 pc say driver not compatible open device manger clip on sound clip on 7130 go to properties under driver says not digitaly signed. no sound ,get picture.,cant change channel in pvr software
