To solve use this steps carefully.. Follow these steps.....
On the printer's front panel, press the ENTER key.
Using the Arrow keys, scroll to Utilities , and press ENTER.
Press the ENTER key and the Up Arrow key simultaneously (allows access to the Service Test submenu).
Using the Arrow keys, scroll to Bail Calib , and press ENTER.
The bail will rise.
Press the Up Arrow key until the bail makes a slight falling motion (approximately 1/4 inch). Each time the key is pressed, the bail will rise slightly.
When the bail makes the falling motion, press ENTER to write the calibration value to the EEROM. This is the correct up position for the bail.
When the message SUCCESS CALIBRATION press ENTER appears, press ENTER.
Press the PREVIOUS key until the main front panel screen appears.
Turn the printer off, then on to store the calibration value in the EEROM.
