Hi,
To solve use this steps carefully.. Follow these steps.....

  • On the printer's front panel, press the ENTER key.
  • Using the Arrow keys, scroll to Utilities , and press ENTER.
  • Press the ENTER key and the Up Arrow key simultaneously (allows access to the Service Test submenu).
  • Using the Arrow keys, scroll to Bail Calib , and press ENTER.
  • The bail will rise.
  • Press the Up Arrow key until the bail makes a slight falling motion (approximately 1/4 inch). Each time the key is pressed, the bail will rise slightly.
  • When the bail makes the falling motion, press ENTER to write the calibration value to the EEROM. This is the correct up position for the bail.
  • When the message SUCCESS CALIBRATION press ENTER appears, press ENTER.
  • Press the PREVIOUS key until the main front panel screen appears.
  • Turn the printer off, then on to store the calibration value in the EEROM.
  • Turn the printer on and load media
Thanks
