I got Hp new and best Lie would not take back i ran virus scans and messed with the touch pad to improve it and that didnt work.
i calling Hp to see if they give me new Pc i just got this and it pissing me off after still paying for it.
Well see what they say it not me draging my fingers i tested over over again. Ok good luck with yours

If you have the Restore Disks that came with the Computer do a "full restore" to "factory Condtion. Save all your data first. Call HP Customer Service if you dont have them; It may have been added on a sector of the HD and they will tell you how to access it. Set up Touch Pad to DAFAULT SETTINGS if that is not already done when restoring it.
FIRST TRY THIS IF You are not so ambitious :):
Try going to their website: HP.COM and going to DRIVER DOWNLOADS
DOWNLOAD THE "TOUCH PAD, AND MOUSE DRIVER" AND/OR "CHIP SET" see what happens :) I love the Best LIE reference lol
