SOURCE: jukebox error

error 61 on the nsm is a cd read error nothing to do with the amp, clean laser lens with a cotton bud and spit not spirits etc just saliva, then make a blank selection and see if the laser emits red beam, if not then the laser is faulty, check connections etc, if it picks up the disc but does not spin it its the decoder at fault, places like act marketing london, jukebox showroom, capital coin, herondata sales or anyone operator within the amusement industry will gladly sell you an exchange unit, or just try the coinslot industy magazine online or order via wh smiths

SOURCE: nsm 2000 jukebox

Open the front of the jukebox and pull out the service switch next to the light at the top.

The display should should change to P010 XX XXXX

Press C on the selection pad the press 061 H

It will display the current setting so for example if it displays 01 0050 it is 1 play for 50p.

If you want to change this to, say, 1 play for 30p press 01 0030 H

Then press 062 H

Again it will display current settings so if you want to keep those settings press H or press the numbers for the number of plays you want. If you press 03 0050 H sets it to 3 for 50p.

Press 063 H

Press 05 0100 H will set it to 5 plays for £1.

Just substitue the first 2 digits above for how ever many plays you get for a price.

Hi

This is a problem with the memory. Contact nsm music and ask for the IC5 battery, £35. " 2 minute job, open the jukebox, immiediatly in front of you on the main board, look for IC5, The battery is directly under the writing. A black battery about 2" in length. Replace that power up and your done. A jukebox repair will charge you some riddiculous price for this. hope this helps cheers dandares
