All possiable cause for Error Fax Transmit/Recive Error as follow:

1.)The remote machine has failed to respond to a fax command from the local machine due to the connection being interrupted. These errors can occur if the phone lines in the area to be faxed are old or there is noise (static on the phone line). Other reasons can include power outages and other power related problems.

2.)The call waiting service can cause this error. The click, heard for an incoming call, is actually a momentary disconnect of the line.

OR

3.)The remote user has pressed the Stop key while the reception was in progress.

OR

4.)Under rare conditions incompatibility between the two machines may cause the remote machine to simply abandon the call.

A Recommend Action To Resolved This Issue

1) Re-attempt the fax reception at a different time when telephone line conditions have improved. Call the telephone provider if line conditions fail to improve.

2)Disable ECM. Errors may still occur, and may result in a degraded image quality on the received page. However, the ability to transmit the entire document will be improved.

This error means :
The remote machine has failed to respond to a fax command from the local machine due to the connection being interrupted.

It can be caused by many things like bad phone line conditions. You can try do disable the error correction mode from the advanced fax menu on the device.

Changed the fax resolution from "fine" to "standard" using the button on the keyboard.
After this, the page who was not faxable have been transmitted without problem. Regards.
