Hi Charles Enyinnaya Nwabekeh, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box?
it is not a car, tried to move you to
    Power Generator - Electrical Supply
we will see if that works.

CRANKS FAST but will not start, correct.
symptoms not told at all, there is and oil pressure low cut off switch too. (crank case)
tank if full of diesel. ?
there are many fuses to blow, check fuses first?
you did not post the model of the gen,
    just KW
so there can be no exact answers lacking such a KEY FACT.
Kipor 8.5 KVA Super Silent Diesel Generator (KDE12STA)????????? wild wild guess.
you never said the word DIESEL

the LCD panel has P0x codes get one?

diesel pumps not purged of air.
    fuses blow.
injection pump dead or full of air.
fuel filters full of air or dirty or water clogged.
    glow plugs dead.
    compression weak.
air cleaner packed up in bugs. or what EVAH.

buy the service manual yet> that be first act.

i agree crank timing /cam way off.
are you trying to start with AC load there?
    dont.
google finds a free book in 3seconds work

If the Kipor generator won't start after you replaced the crankshaft and one connecting rod, there's a good chance something went slightly off during reassembly. That kind of job can throw off timing or internal alignment if even one step is missed. Here's what I'd look at first:
1. Timing might be off
When you change the crankshaft, you have to be really careful with the timing marks between the crank and cam. If those aren't lined up perfectly, the valves and pistons won't move in sync, and the engine either won't start or will just crank and spit. It's easy to miss by a tooth or two.

2. Piston or connecting rod could be installed the wrong way
Some pistons and rods have to face a specific direction. If you flipped one around by mistake, the engine might lock up or just not run right. It could even affect compression.

3. No compression
If the engine spins over freely but won't start, you might not be getting compression. That can happen if a valve is stuck open, the pushrods aren't seated right, or the valve lash (clearance) wasn't adjusted correctly after reassembly. A quick compression test on both cylinders will tell you right away if that's the issue.

4. Flywheel or key might be out of place
If the flywheel wasn't installed exactly right, or the key that locks it to the crankshaft got damaged or wasn't lined up properly, your spark timing could be off. That can stop the engine from starting even if everything else is fine.

5. Double-check spark and fuel (just in case)
Even though this sounds like a mechanical issue, it doesn't hurt to check if you're getting spark and fuel. Sometimes two problems happen at once, and it throws you off.

In short: I'd start by going back over the timing marks, checking compression, and making sure the piston and rod were installed the right way around. Most no-start issues after internal engine work come down to timing or valve setup. Let me know what you find-I can help you narrow it down further if needed.

yah , not a car it is water cooled Diesel, 8.5kW stationary generator. KDE12STA
    water cooled,
    there is no spark here.
the cam must be timed. correctly
yes vast pistons are offset and have and arrow on top of the piston proving that is true.
best is he need to buy the service manual full .
and do the timing steps correctly
it has low oil pump (engine) pressure switch that cuts fuel some way it shows
    KDE12STA
