I have a solid red light and a solid yellow light.

The function of the LED lights varies among camera brands. On one brand, a solid yellow light would mean software was being updated. On another, it would mean the camera was initializing. Similarly, a red solid light could mean that software setup was incomplete or something else entirely. And on some models, a red light beneath an LED is indicative of an infared sensor being active. To know what the lights mean, examine the user's guide or contact support for that camera. Without knowing the brand and model, there is little informaton I can add to that.
