Plotwave750 not fusing well.

First of all, there are no fuser lamps on a Plotwave 750. There is just a fuser assembly. Secondly, the fuser assembly has many temperature sensors, not just two. Thirdly, there is no pressure roller. This is a radiant fusing device.

Basically, don't pay attention to anything the above user mentioned.

There a main sensor on the fuser section that basically is the reference sensor for all of the other temperature sensors. They are the white ceramic sticks that are in the center coil. Be very careful, these are ceramic and are brittle. Breaking or cracking one will result in putting up an error code that will not allow any prints to occur.

You could replace the Reference NTC and see if that fixes your problem. If not, I would replace the entire fuser assembly, since it will be cheaper than replacing each of the other NTCs. I would also recommend calling a certified Oce/Canon technician that can safely replace NTCs.

If your toner is getting to the paper, it has nothing to do with either the developer or the grid wires. This is all dealing with the fuser. If the voltages are not correct, there would be an error on the system, so the power supply is probably good.

You do not need to license your system. Your system was licensed at installation. If you require an upgrade to your license, contact Canon or your licensed dealer.

I strongly believe that you can troubleshoot poor fusing on your Oce PlotWave 750 printer:
