This manual said leakage of electricity or power supply, and not to use it on Page 13. I do not have any personal knowledge of this device, but that sentence in manual is alarming to me.
When you have an SPH error it means you could have an over heated power pack, or you have a water flow issue, or possible damaged equipment. Here is the three trouble shooting items you can look for.
1. Your water temperature is lower then 60 degrees (Turn the unit off and let it cool down and then turn it back on, this may fix the issue)
2. Your water inlet or outlet is blocked or partially blocked (Clean the inlet and outlet of the hot tub)
3. Your heater sensor is not working (you may have to replace the heater element or circuit board)
