My Openview decoder doesn't show an indicator?

Phone them up and they will send you a new one. You pay for a service but can't use that service if the decoder doesn't work. Try a Power Reset first.

Feb 7, 2023 - The power supply inside it has likely failed. Remove the mains plug for 5 minutes. Hold power button for one minute. Plug it back in.
