I used to be able to play my friends on Mariot cart wii and now for some reason I can't . I either get error code 51331 or 50131 . I have saved my wii characters on remote 2 (I hope) and I have wiped wii 1 remote clean. Please help we've been trying this for a good few weeks now>
If you got error code 51331, this basically means you can't connect to the Internet because of wireless interference.
Try these:
Move your router away from metal objects such as metal cabinets, and place it in a central location in your home.
Do not use other wireless devices while trying to connect to the Internet.
Avoid devices that use a 2.4GHz radio frequency. Look for devices that use a 5.8GHz or 900MHz frequency.
Change the channel on your router to 1 or 11, as these don't overlap.
If you have encyrption on your router, make the WEP/WPA key is correct.
Change the mode on your router to "mixed" or "b/g" mode.
