The machine will send, and the journal says it is receiving, but it is not. The "Pages" colume is all 000. It will copy and print a journal. Every entry has 406 is the COMM column.
"XMT/RCV password does not match. Last 4 digits of TSI does not match with the last 4 digits of the ONE TOUCH, ABBR Telephone number." This is straight from the Panasonic service manual. I would suggest looking in the User's manual uner "passwords" and try to either reset or clear out the password info.
OK, try "all job clear" if it's in the users manual on how to get there. If not, let me know and I will see if I have that info. for that model. That usually clears up strange codes. If not, then you may have phone line problems or just need a new fax due to an expensive board problem.

I did everything, still no resolution. The passwords were set to off, and I also reset and cleared them.
