E007 0000 Fixing film sensor failure The fixing film sensor is faulty. - Check the connector of the fixing film sensor. - Replace the fixing film sensor. - Replace the DC controller PCB.
The error code E007 is a fixing film error code > it will have to be replaced to clear the code. That is if it a IR-2020, a IR-8500 does not have a fixing film.
