Looks like a cobweb is floating in front of projector how do I access to get rid of?

You'll need to have the frame of the tv either opened so you can reach in there or the top mirror block assy will need to be removed to get inside to the screens. You may want to have a Sony ASC do this type of repair. Call Sony for a referral.
