There is nothing such as JAVA lock in samsung mobile phones.
There is the Sim lock for which the default pass is 00000000 (8 times Zeros) and there is this pin lock/phone pass is 1234.
For Java software installation make sure you are installing the SGH-S5230 compatible Programmes only.
