go in and do a master reset you shouldn't loose any info ie contacts pictures and soforth code is 000000

SOURCE: Hi, I changed my samsung

Lock the SIM password entering it wrong 3 times and use the PUK code to reset.

I used all resting codes 4 my e250i bt still askiing me sim lock password all codes are off bt i coudnt find 4 sim lock
its pin code also and it 0000 by default if you dont chnge it before

resetting codes doesnt help to remove the simlock of your phone. you need a sim unlock code of your phone to remove it. there are many ways to get the unlock code. you can either contact the service provider of your phone or you can get the codes from the third party provide. i got the codes from this site http://www.wickedunlock.com/samsung-e250i/rs11wp9/ to unlock my phone.
