Appreciate the info, but my problem was more mechanical. Couldn't figure by the machine diagram in the feeder where to feed the end of the roll through the machine. Just put the thermal paper(paper roll) inside the machine and the SHINNY side of that thermal paper would be on the Top side where the thermal unit is place or vice versa.
