OMG Trw 313 YOU da man ! Solution # WORKS ! Fa shizzel I've been looking around for a long time trying to solve this problem and this was it ! Wow, thanks again....
Its probably not the ports. It doesnt recognize the driver. Dont use the automated driver loading. Use the manual and direct to Windows/.inf file type. It will find the correct driver After deleting and rebooting for 3 days to find the right driver I discovered this to work and load the correct driver otherwise you will be on an endless loop looking for the correct driver
I have a Targus PAWM10U Mouse. It was working fine but now it is not. I recharged it. Turn off the computer and turned it back on but nothing works. Can you help me?
If you only tried ps2 mouse's then try a usb mouse.
If no mouses work what so ever then you will need to
1.) restore to a previous date when it was working
or if the registery is corrupted beytond restore to solve the problem
its a virus and you need to format and reinstallwindws to solve the problem.

My son's USB trackball worked, but I am still curious as to why the corded mouses (one Dell & one Microsoft) did not work. None of the wireless ones worked even though the Logitech keyboard worked. I did try deleting the drivers out of device manager - that didn't work, so I tried a restore point of three weeks ago. That didn't work either. I will try these mouses (mice?) on another computer and if they still don't work, I will just trash them. Thank you so much for your help, Darklord1. ContraryMD
