    i was in the middle of my vacation, and the camera just stop working. it read error message #065, kodak said "there is nothing we can do about it".

Screen says error #E45 I have taken out batteries and memory card..wiped contents with clean dry towel and turn on and off camera... the date and time screen shows up and when i go to update the date/time or take a pic the screen goes right back to Error #45????? Help!! I LOVE THIS CAMERA!!

Error message appears on EVF/LCD screen

  • Turn the camera off, then on again.
  • Remove memory card from the camera.
  • Remove the battery and wipe the contacts with a clean, dry cloth ( Battery life).
  • Insert a new or charged battery ( Loading the batteries).
  • If all else fails, get customer support help
