Hello.
I just made two youtube videos on this Westinghouse Tri Mode Digital Outdoor Timer 28499. The first video shows how to set the day and time. You can find it here

    This video was great!!!!!!. Lost the manual after Xmas last year and worked for an hour to try to figure it out -- it is not intuitive!. Just programmed for my Xmas ligts and see if it works tonight. Wiil post again if ok. If so you just saved me $$$$$$
