Thats easy its the law of energy and surface area you have a deep fryer that has large area of aluminum and aluminum conducts heat very well on the plus side it heats the oil quickly. on the down side it loses heat very quickly too so the machine is always turning on and off to balance the heat loss. when you place food into it that drops the temp also.

2004 explorer 4.0 coolant reservoir boils over when stabolized at normal level, no heat when level drops temp indicator normal

go to autozone rent the free tool called a block tester buy the fluid for it (about $8.00 us)drive the car make sure the resivour is about 3 inches down so you dont suck any fluid into block tester. pour blue fluid into block tester put it in antifreeze resavour. squeeze bulb sucking air from resouivour for up to 2 minutes if fluid turns yellow your head gaskets are leaking. I think you may find this to be your problem

Freezer runs continuously

not necessarily. If it's the t'stat, the unit would continue to drop in temp. If temp does not drop, it may be a dirty condenser coil or other issues. Don't just swap parts, check things out. use thermometer and check temp several times over a long period of time. If t'stat is bad, temp will drop continually as unit will not shut off.
Hope this helps.

Engine temp drops when the a/c or heat is

The engine temp drops because the fan turns on regardless of heat or a/c. During summer of course with warmer weather it will be at a steady temp unless you the gets overheated by radiator or blown head gasket

Heat only works at 3000 rmp after car has come up to temp. If rpm drops below 3000 heat temp at vents will drop. Have changed the thermastat with no positive results. Temp gage has shown a quicker rise in...

Is the coolant level ok? After replacing the thermostat, did you bleed the air from the system? The bleeder should be at the front (on engine near radiator). Low coolant level, or air in the system can cause what you describe.

Blows out cold air at night , its set at 21degres but drops down to 15 degres after 12 pm at night untill about 5am in mornig when it goes back up to 21 degres there are 4 units in the office

Is the unit set on heating? If so, heat pumps or reverse cycle units will drop in efficiency and performance when the outdoor temp drops so this will be the reason why the temp drops so significantly. I would recommend setting the temp higher tha 21 or use another heater.

I take the time to answer your question, so please rate me.

AMANA PTH153B35AE PTAC Temp drop??

PTAC temp drop should be 20 to 25 degrees across the coil. They never put a service tap on these units. I sell Amana PTACs. You may be alittle low on gas. Check your air TD and that will tell you. The compressor may be overheating due to lack of cool gas to cool the comp. May need a service tech but get a free estimate first. Rus

Oven Temp

After it drops temperature, how do you get it back to the desired degrees? It sounds like the thermostat isn't keeping up.
