Go into your Menu/Tools/Settings/Connection/Access points and delete them. Try getting new settings again.

Your service provider may have requested that certain features be disabled or not activated in your device. If so, these features will not appear

on your device menu. Your device may also have a special configuration such as changes in menu names, menu order, and icons. Contact your

service provider for more information. They can change these Internet Settings. It's a case of finding a shop with an assistant who is conscientious in his work and not lazy.

I solved this problem by inactivating the default configuration settings if this does not work delet all web settings you have on your phone and try again downloding the settings from ypur service provider

-My Default Configuration Settings is EMPTY. I also tried upgrading my phone from V.05.50 - V.05.51 but the same things happened. I even tried asking help from my service provider but even them cannot resolved this certain problem.

Until now I am still looking forward for your help.
