I have a problem of e511 error on the screen.please help to find the problem

    I have e511 error on the printer and as i start the printer it goes off please help to repair

usually detector underneath the photoconductor dirty or the wide rubber belt then runs throuigh the photoconductor is sligthly off to one side

Try reseating all the toners, as well as the photoconductor unit. If all fails do a reset using the panel. Call manufacturer for 562-276-4382 for step by step instruction.

No functions are working, error code E511 shows in dialogue box
E511 is in regard to the photoconductor unit. There may be the need to clean the black belt from dust accumulation (other users have reported success by that) whilst I had success by cleaning the surface of the optical sensor on the left, accessible after lifting out the photoconductor. Keep the photoconductor shielded from light while you do this. It usually about stray toner accumulated on surfaces within the printer. Be careful how you remove "dust", a vacumn cleaner can catch fire because the dust is susceptible to electrostatic charge build up.
