I use PM 15 Platinum. I am on Vista 64, but the program works flawlessly except!...When I try to print, it never seems to learn my printer configuration so I have to go through the setup wizard each time. PLUS...even though I uncheck the "print instructions" box, it will still include instructions after the first project page is printed. I have already wasted more ink and paper than I want partly to reconfigure the printer, but also to repeat an ink-intensive card that was ruined because the minute I turned the card over to print the second side, it began to print the INSTRUCTIONS! OH NO! I tried simply running the double-sided wizard, which seemed to go fine. Then, in an effort to cement the learning, I closed the program. That did not help. I also have let the program complete everything it wants to do during the project printout. No benefit! What to do?
We have printmaster 12. I vaguely recall it had problems with WinXHome multi user. It seems like the application was developed years ago. We had the same problem double sided with our color laser, never seemed to have this problem with our old inkje, but I'm guessing it doesn't like to re-do the settings. So I just printed the outside-only, flipped the paper over, and printed the inside-only. Just a few more clicks then the old method. Hope this helps.
