One of the USB devices attatched to this computer uas malfunctioned and Windows does not Recognize it. Trouble is there is NOTHING plugged into any of my USB ports.

Hi,
this is an error message stating that. the usb device is faulty.
It has detected that the usb port has an error/fault or problem.
check that non of the pins are touching each other, or that dirt or dust isn,t inside the usb connection port. blow in it. or use a cotton bud to swab it out.
