The system turns on - the vacuum moves approximately 1 foot and then stutter stops and proceeds to spin backwards for 20 seconds and then stops and starts again in reverse. This occurs on all settings including spot cleaning. I believe the program is not working. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
I had the same problem. there are 2 little metal discs that are sensors. have you tried cleaning then? you need to remove the brush and roller and they are right there. very sensitive. i used windex on a rag ,put it together and it has worked ever since
