It some times becaous of the printer driver, you can try unstall the driver and then reinstall the driver back but make sure that your USB lead is out and no memory SD card in it when you reinstaling the driver also make sure the lock is not on the SD card when you try again, and also some times it got a menu on the LED screen that lockes the card from the PC reading it.
