I have a generic SAA7130-based card that appears as an unknown Multimedia Controller and a 7130 TV Tuner Card. The documentation said that the multimedia controller needs the drivers for the TV card but it cannot install. additionally, I receive a Code 10 error message stating, "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" in Device Manager. The 7130 Card has drivers.
The drivers for this chip are
saa713.inf, saa713.sys
and should be in your system32 folder
Code 10 is usually occurs fr less power...if ur usin a laptop then switch over to a pc.
Code 10 refers to the operating system not having drivers to talk to the card. Without the drivers running windows cannot run the device.

Hmm. But the drivers were functional and installed already.
i had put the tv card into the slot, and then i tried to install. In my divice manager: Code 10, 'this device cannot start'
