webcam problem

there are people/friends who i chat with yahoo messenger who can view my webcam, but othere are others who cannot.  how come and what shall i do?  thanks...

your others friends might be using yahoo email to chat with you ask them to chat you with yahoo messenger because there is no voice or video support when anyone chat thru yahoo email address
