"my ipod says press menu key to format and other keys to not format " what to do after formatting also it says this. Is there any programme to fix this or what the thing going on
Hey, watch this tutorial and try the things it suggest.
Id highly recommend, restarting, and returning the device into the original state.

Also try the ipod updater from the apple site.
