The 4220 does have SAT code 1377 on board, and will work with the
following Directv sat receiver models: D10, D11, R15, H10, H20, and
HR20.

What address is the D10 set to, DTV (00001) or AV1/AV2 (00002)? SAT code
1377 is for receivers set to white remote native code 00001.

blink back the code on the white remote:
1. dtv
2. press and
hold MUTE & SELECT for two blinks
3. enter 9-9-0
4. press #1
key, it won't blink because the numeral is zero
5. press #2 key, same
as a above, zero blinks
6. press #3 key, zero blinks
7, press #4
key, zero blinks
8. press #5 key, this should be 1 or 2 or 3 blinks
