I'm trying to find out how I might be able to order a replacement for my crock pot insert model 3355. The lid is fine and so is the electrical unit. The insert was dropped and broken.
I found a phone number embossed on the crockpot. It's the number to Rival. I called them and they said I could get a new insert ($10 + $8.50 ship), but prewsently out of stock. Should be available in about a month.

Looking online at ebay etc. it seems it would be about the same cost as a new crock pot. Thatd be my route unless you want a used one ebay.

Same problem, only I need crock for model #38501......I have searched the web, googled, ebay'ed etc., but to no avail.It seems so wasteful to ditch the perfectly good heating unit....I dropped the crock 3 days ago and I am in serious withdrawal. Help!

I have the Rival SCR509-A 5 quart crock pot where the insert also just was dropped and is broken. Haven't had any luck finding an insert anywhere - anyone else have luck? The unit is just about brand-new and everything else is perfect.
