Remote control problem

Powerpoint slides do not advance when using the remote control "clicker". The remote works all the other functions OK.

    You might have to connect the USB cable to get the computer to recognize the remote control.

Yes, the computer won't advance the slides unless connected via the USB cable to the projector.
