Hi,
This is a detected fault in the SSR

The Solid State Relay (SSR) has a short circuit, or the DC Controller is faulty.

The SSR is used to drive the heater circuit, and if a fault is detected, the copier is locked out for safety and fire prevention.

If you are not qualified, you should have a competent technician look at this.

Make sure you have fixed the fault before you think about resetting the error code.

After you have remedied the fault, and the device is safe, the error can be reset in Service Mode.

CAUTION
the error must be reset in Service Mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR).

When you are sure it is properly repaired and safe, you can enter service mode by:

  1. Press user mode key (*) on the control panel,
  2. Press the 2 and 8 keys at the same time,
  3. Press the user mode key (*)
Be careful. Close observation will be required.

How do I fix error code 004-332
That error code signifies a developer home position sensor error. Can you move the carousel by hand? It also may be that a toner is leaking and has spilled onto the home position sensor.

Error E0001 004
A E0001-004 is a fuser error code. You may have had a power surge and the copier got confussed and coded out. You will need to reset the error code in service mode. If it can not be cleared, you may have a problem with the fuser unit..... Good Luck

I have a GE Universal Remote and I need the 3 digit codes for a Sylvania TV, a Sharp TV, and a Curtis Mathis TV. Can you provide these codes for me and the instrustion manual also?
There are two different lists of 3 digit remote codes for GE remotes. How old is your remote?

hello

The "004" error code is an indication of a water temperature sensor error. There is a chance that there is a loose wire connection on the water temperature

mean while 004 error code indicates that the water temperature sensor reading is out of range (below 23 degrees F or above 217 degrees F).

however,what you need to do tp fix up the problem is to unscrew the washer then clean up all forms of dry and water you can seen in it with this the problem of the 004 error code is solve .

please make sure that all form of power supply is put OFF before you can do this

Lost owners manual and need to program remote to Panasonic
HRMC 15 Code Scanning method...
1.Press TV device button on the HMRC 15
2. Press Select and Mute simultaneously until TV device button flashes.
3. TV device Button should now stay lit.
4. Aim Remote at TV
5. Press The CHANNEL button UP ...repeat until your TV turns off.
6. Press Power Button to turn TV back on (Thus confirming you found the right code).
7. Press the TV device button to lock in code.
