Be careful before deciding to replace your cell phone screen yourself. New cell phones are may by machines and many are not designed for cost effective repair. They require special tools. The connectors that remove and reconnect screens require special tools so they're not permanently broken or shorted when removing a broken one. Many try to replace their own screens with no experience. They pay $100 for the screen. After the attempted repair they have two broken screens and a broken phone. ThCall around and get the best price from a cell phone repair place. Ask what their labor charge is, if you bring the replacement part
In regards to your broken screen on your Zen Mozaic if it is broken the only thing you really can do is have the screen replaced. Also in most cases if the screen is broken then this usually is not covered under the warranty. So I did some looking and could not find any replacement screens for sale that you could replace it. So you might want to look into get a replacement.
You may be able to fix it yourself if you can find a replacement screen, and you have some basic experience and are comfortable with electronics. Usually there's no soldering involved, with replacement merely requiring unplugging and reinserting the screens ribbon cable in it's connector.
