WORD IS ASKING FOR A PRODUCT KEY WHEN I INPUT SERIEL NO FROM SIDE OF COMPUTER IT IS NOT BEING ACCEPTED

    Thank-you I did'nt get a CD from currys when I perchased the computer--thought that was stange at the time but everything seemed to be installed anyway

You need to enter the key found on your Word install CD.

    It may just be a trial that is installed and not the full version. In which case it will need to be purchased and activated. Depending on what you are needing word for you may be able to just download and use Open Office and install it for free.
