you have a fuser related error code, either thermisters or thermo fuse.
to reset error code you need to go in to a service mode and reset it.try this hit the additional fuction button then hit 2 and 8 keys together and additional function button again that will put you into service mode BE very careful in there though.
under function/clear/err code highlight err code then ok reset machine see what happens if error code comes back then you need to get a tech to have a look at ya fuser
