My keys are all automatically "shifted" like i have to put on caplocks to even get lowercase and say when i try to get the number "one" i get ! instead

Please, if you can, try to remove the keyboard and reseat its cable on the mainboard. The AoA150 has small little clips that are mounted into the top cover that you can push back.
Also try to install USB keyboard and see how that behaves.
From your description, it might either be that one shift key is broken and perma-on, or the keyboard cable wasn't seated properly.
If all fails, try pressing in either shift-key a bit harder for a longer period, and see if the problem gets better or disappears.
