my desktop has 6980 printer hooked to it, how do i print from my laptop to desktop so i can make copies? my laptop is for business, my computer programmer said he set it up so i can print from laptop...but i can't and he threw away my printer manual after he installed everything

If you want to print from your laptop to your desktop you can Share your printer on the desktop. Then when you add the printer on your laptop, choose "Networked printers" and as long as you are on the same network, it should show up
